Barbara is a thorough and dynamic attorney, handling everything from complex business matters to everyday home purchases. She focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing, financing, corporate law and estate planning and administration.
Barbara’s experience includes drafting commercial lease agreements, registering and maintaining copyrights and trademarks and all areas of estate planning, administration and gifting. She regularly represents clients in acquisitions, commercial financing transactions, commercial leasing and other aspects of buying, selling and/or developing real property. In addition, Barbara handles corporate matters including business start-up, corporate governance and the purchase and sale of businesses.
Barbara is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Bar Association of Erie County and Women’s Bar Association. She is a past former Chairperson of the Quality Assurance Committee to Southeast Works, Inc. f/k/a. Southeast Community Work Center.
