"Our clients are true entrepreneurs with cutting edge styles and creative ideas. Our objective is to tailor our services around their styles and desires…We find creative ways to accomplish our clients' goals."
Rob joined Duke Holzman in 2001, along with Dennis Cleary and Gary Kanaley, after the dissolution of their previous firm, Falk & Siemer. The move dramatically altered Rob’s career path; since joining Duke Holzman, his practice has flourished and he has found his true calling. Rob’s passion, enthusiasm and success stem from a simple truth: he absolutely loves what he does.

He focuses his practice exclusively on corporate and business matters, working with clients in acquisition or divestiture mode who value building wealth and succession planning. His clients include publicly traded companies, family owned businesses, domestic and international companies and private equity firms, including some of Western New York’s most active and successful entrepreneurs.
Rob advises on all aspects of corporate matters, including business deals and merger and acquisition transactions, both domestically and internationally.
