Nicole handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including construction matters, first party insurance disputes, and commercial matters. Before joining Duke Holzman, Nicole worked at a civil litigation law firm, focusing her practice on defending commercial clients, often utility clients, in complex legal matters. She has experience representing clients in various types of litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, contract disputes, and insurance related matters.
Outside of the legal profession, Nicole enjoys to travel, ride horses, and spend as much time as possible with family and friends.
Nicole has been selected to the Upstate New York Super Lawyers list as a Rising Star in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
