About Ms. Gillen:
Patricia Gillen represents a number of local contractors and manufacturers in construction, commercial and labor/employment disputes. She works with her clients proactively to avoid, resolve and/or litigate disputes, and is an aggressive advocate.

She has experience in mediation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and federal and state court practice, including trial and appellate experience.

Ms. Gillen also shares her business and legal skills as a volunteer board member with the local chapter of the American Diabetes Association and the Niagara Frontier Chapter of NAWBO.
In addition, Ms. Gillen is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Niagara Frontier Chapter and the Associated General Contractors of America-Labor Relations Division, New York State Chapter, Inc.

Ms. Gillen graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During her time at law school, she was on the Holderness Moot Court Bench and she was the President of the Student Bar Association.
