About Mr. Lombardo:
Mr. Lombardo’s practice involves counseling businesses in a number of industries ranging from local start-ups to multi-national corporations concerning a variety of matters, including business formation, financing, stock and asset based acquisitions and sales, reorganizations, contracts and governmental compliance issues.
He has represented creditors and others in proceedings commenced in Bankruptcy Court, including participation in meetings of creditors, conducting evaluations of plans filed under Chapter 13 and Chapter 11, asset acquisitions, challenges to a debtor’s discharge, and defending against Trustee claims.
For over 20 years, Michael Lombardo has been responsible for developing, teaching and grading undergraduate students in Legal Environment and Business Law courses at the University at Buffalo.
