About Mr. Beck:
A native of Buffalo, New York, Mr. Beck has practiced with the firm for more than ten years. Since joining DHPG, Mr. Beck has engaged in significant trial and appellate work. He regularly represents entrepreneurs and entities in a wide range of contract and business disputes, and serves as general counsel to national contractors and suppliers.
Mr. Beck has devoted a significant amount of his practice to the construction industry. From filing mechanic’s liens and bond claims to extensive trials, administrative proceedings, arbitrations and mediations, he regularly represents owners, developers, general contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors and other entities involved in construction disputes and contract negotiation. He is an associate member of the General Building Contractors Association and has published articles on issues of law crucial to the construction industry.
In law school, Mr. Beck was the recipient of the Adelbert Moot Scholarship, Norman B. Lewis Scholarship, and the Hyman Scholarship, and was a member of the Desmond Moot Court Board and Jessup International Moot Court Board.
