About Ms. Kraengel:
Elizabeth Kraengel handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, first party insurance claims and personal injury cases. Elizabeth has experience in mediation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, in local, state and federal court practice.
While pursuing an undergraduate degree at Northeastern University in Boston, Elizabeth received the Dean Sheehan Scholarship for Academic Excellence. In law school, she was awarded the Buffalo Public Interest Law Program Grant to provide legal services to immigrants and refugees at the International Institute of Buffalo.
Also during law school, Elizabeth spent a term abroad in Madrid where she studied European Union law. She also gained experience during law school working for a local securities arbitration and litigation law firm and through an internship with Hon. Patrick H. NeMoyer, J.S.C.
Elizabeth has volunteered for the Volunteer Lawyers Project and has served as an attorney advisor for the Bar Association of Erie County’s High School Mock Trial Tournament. Outside of the legal profession, she is a proud supporter of The Ride for Roswell, where she is a team captain and committee member.
