About Mr. Stimson:
Mr. Stimson’s practice is primarily in the area of commercial litigation on behalf of entrepreneurs and business clients, with a focus on the construction industry. He has successfully represented clients in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, mediation, and all phases of civil litigation. Mr. Stimson is also experienced in handling personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits.
While still in law school, Mr. Stimson clerked for two law firms and for the Hon. John F. O’Donnell, J.S.C.; participated in the Niagara International Moot Court, Wechsler Moot Court, and Desmond Moot Court; served on the boards of the Buffalo Moot Court Board and Buffalo Public Interest Law Program; worked as a student editor on the Law & Policy Journal; was a recipient of a Buffalo Public Interest Law Program Fellowship; and upon graduating magna cum laude, was awarded the Charles Dautch Award for excellence in real property law and inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
Mr. Stimson is a native of Mayville, New York in Chautauqua County.
