Jim is well-respected by people in the construction industry all across New York State. As counsel to the General Building Contractors of New York State (AGC Chapter) and to the Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors of Western New York, he is frequently called on to step in "at the last minute" to handle disputes or to provide special consulting services to other counsel. Jim is an arbitrator and a mediator as well as a seasoned litigator. Gresens & Gillen has construction clients in all major cities in this State, except for the New York City and Long Island areas.
