Christopher M. Berloth

Chris started at Duke Holzman as a law clerk while studying at SUNY Buffalo Law School.
During law school, Chris maintained a high level of engagement in the legal community, including a judicial internship in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for the Honorable Julio M. Fuentes. He also served on the Buffalo Law Review as Publications Editor and as the SUNY Buffalo Law School Moot Court Board President’s Outreach Committee Chair. Following law school, he joined Duke Holzman as an associate.
For his undergraduate studies, Chris attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he graduated with a B.A. in English and a Minor in Economics. He was also a four-year member of the Bulls’ Division I Varsity Swim Team.
Chris demonstrated his passion and affinity for litigation in law school as a member of the Buffalo Trial Advocacy Program and graduated with a concentration in Civil Litigation. As a member of the Buffalo Trial Advocacy Program, Chris competed in the National Trial Competition where he was awarded Best Cross Examination.
