Mr. Cleary is a partner at Duke, Holzman, Photiadis & Gresens LLP, practicing in the areas of business and corporate law, trusts and estates, and taxation.  Mr. Cleary is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association.  In addition, he is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is a former instructor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Management Graduate Tax Certificate Program.
