Charles C. Ritter, Jr. joined the firm in 1995 and concentrates his practice in business matters and litigation, including construction contracts and claims, commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and various types of business transactions.  He has successfully represented contractors, business owners, and entrepreneurs in arbitrations, trials, and appellate proceedings.

He worked as a confidential law clerk to the Hon. William Skretny (USDJ, WDNY) for two years following his graduation from law school.  He is a recipient of the Robert J. Connelly award for trial excellence.  He is a regular participant in conferences and seminars relating to commercial litigation and the construction industry.
